Module breakdown
Five modules designed to take leaders from understanding to capability to embedded practice.
Response Protocols
Translating empathy into action. This module establishes the foundations of a documented, repeatable response framework, so your team's response doesn't depend on who happens to be on shift.
Supporting Disclosure
When someone tells you something difficult, how you respond in the next 30 seconds matters enormously. This module builds the language, posture, and process to get that right.
Staff Wellbeing & Vicarious Trauma
Frontline DFV work takes a toll. This module addresses the wellbeing of the people delivering care: how to check in, debrief, and prevent compassion fatigue from eroding your team.
Embedding Policy
Policy lives in documents and in practice. This module helps you translate training into embedded workplace culture, through onboarding, supervision, and team norms.
Leading the Room
From staff briefings to incident debriefs, this module covers the leadership communication skills that make the difference between a venue that says it cares and one that demonstrably does.
Leadership Certificate
Managers receive certification confirming completion of the advanced leadership program.
Documented Response Framework
Walk away with a practical, venue-specific protocol ready to embed.
Team Confidence
Lead a team that responds to DFV not with anxiety, but with trained, calm capability.
