Virtual Classroom Assessment & Certification
Live-facilitated sessions with formal assessment. Real conversations, real role-play practice, real certification from anywhere in Australia.
Who this is for
The virtual classroom is the certification pathway for teams that want verified competency, not just a completion tick.

Inside the virtual classroom
Three hours. Four phases. One team that walks out certified.
Welcome & Context Setting
The facilitator establishes the group, reviews foundational concepts, and sets the tone for a safe, honest conversation.
Scenario Exploration
Groups work through real-world venue scenarios: the regular who's always accompanied, the gaming patron who seems frightened. Discussion-based, not test-based.
Role-Play Practice
In small groups, participants practise the conversation: how to open it, how to hold space, and how to connect someone to help.
Assessment & Close
Facilitator-observed competency assessment and reflection. Participants who demonstrate competency receive certification.

Everything you need to know before booking your team into a cohort.
Participants need a computer or tablet with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. Sessions run on Zoom, which is free to join.
We keep cohorts small, typically 8 to 16 participants, so the facilitator can give meaningful attention to each person and role-play practice feels real, not performative.
We run multiple cohort dates each month. If a staff member misses their session, we'll place them in the next available cohort at no additional cost.
Our virtual classroom assessment is aligned to the CHCDFV001 unit of competency from the nationally recognised Community Services Training Package, regulated by ASQA.
